Pempamsie, which means ‘unity is strength’, has been trading in Brixton for 19 years. Their mission is simply to unite the broader African community in South London by supporting cultural identity, promoting local artists and encouraging natural approaches to healthcare. They do this by mainly selling artwork -both sculptures and paintings- and by offering an unrivalled selection of natural oils and other health and beauty products.
