Sack The Sitter is a family-friendly charity event in aid of Young Lewisham Project, who offer vocational programs for young people who are not succeeding in mainstream education, therefore giving them an equal chance in their chosen ambition and a sense of social focus.
The event - occurring on Saturday 12 October at the Honor Oak Pub from 1pm - 6pm - promises to include music for locals of all ages to enjoy, from parents who deserve a break to their ‘little ravers’ who need to let off some steam!
This event was created by Southside LDN, a side hustle of passionate South Londoners. It’s still in its early stages, but it focuses on the creativity, spirit and the sense of community in South London. Attending this day-party will not only be a great chance to support and perhaps discover an independent pub, but also celebrate the growing success of Southside LDN as a small business on the rise, with creativity at its core.
