Held from midday till 10:30pm, Screen on the Green will become an entertainment hub this July. After work began on the refurbishment in 2017, summer 2019 celebrates the return of this beloved park.

Bermondsey Carnival

Despite this festival only lasting a day, Bermondsey manage to fill this day with a fantastic range of activities and events. The most notable is the bandstand, featuring locals acts such as The Real Thing and Kindred Soul. There are also lots of activities to entertain the little ones this summer holidays, including a creative den building workshop and ‘Kids Dig it’, an interactive experience where kids can have a got at being archaeologists and discover what’s below Southwark’s streets.

With a fantastically star-studded line up ahead, you’ll be sorry to miss this years ONBlackheath Festival. Winner of the BRIT Award for ‘Best Single of the Year’ with ‘Human’, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man is just one of the exciting music acts set to perform.
