Ashamed at the lack of options and flexibility open to pet owners who need to fit their animal-caring responsibilities around work, David has always wanted to provide a truly flexible service.
The London Animal Hospital is for those who have found themselves having to cancel appointments because the train was delayed, or because the cat has done a runner. It's for those who have tried to have their pets seen at the weekend, only to be told to call again on Monday.
The idea is simple: pets don't keep regular hours, so nor should vets. They're open 24/7.
What does that mean in reality? Morning consultations begin at 7am and continue throughout the day until 9pm. On top of that, there's a team on call throughout the night to answer any emergencies.
