Plain Bear - Clothing Shop in Deptford
Plain Bear is an independent fashion designer and clothing shop in Deptford, South East London.
Hailing from the artistic passion of the company's founders, Plain Bear started as an outlet for the skills, creativity and printing techniques they had learnt whilst studying a degree in sculpture.
Moving from strength to strength, Plain Bear built a reputation for itself as an iconic streetwear brand from it's position at Greenwich Market and, subsequently, Spittalfields market.
Years later, having developed the brand much more and with several new product lines in the mix, Plain Bear now have a permanent shop in Deptford as well as their design studio in Peckham.
Each design is silk-screened by hand and contributes to keeping the artistic talent of London alive through employing artists from across South London.
