Vybebox is an independent women's fitness & dance school in New Cross, South London. Combining fitness and dance in equal measure, VybeFit (their main class) is a class for those looking to get fit, learn to dance, have fun, sweat and socialise.
Vybebox offer; street dance fitness classes for women, fitness workshops for adults and dance fitness educational workshops for schools colleges and universities.
Routines range from the easily-grasped to the more challenging Beyonce-style moves. The huge variety of creative exercises work the whole body, and, along with exercises more tailored to you, are guaranteed to build confidence; adding a splash of sexy, a side of sassy and a whole lot of style.
Classes are designed to help clients lose weight, tone up & trim down. No previous dance experience required.
The team's Monday street dance fitness classes are strictly for WOMEN. ONLY and ALL women, regardless of fitness level and dance background.
OPENING TIMES
Vybebox classes are currently only available on Mondays, from 7.15pm - 8.30pm.
